This KILLALOE slate was quarried at Killoran Quarry over 100 years ago. It is suitable to use for another 100+ years. Grey/green in colour with a diagonal grit band visible on about 5% of the slates.

Local contractor Jim O'Brien is justifiably proud of his village environment and uses reclaimed materials as much as possible.
